Staying at this hotel was a unique experience. The rooms are like works of art, each designed completely differently, but lacked storage space for toiletries. The first-floor balcony overlooking the central atrium and restaurant in the old, characterful building with bespoke artwork and unusual touches was a real highlight. The mini kitchen, well-stocked dining area, living space, small gym, and loft bedroom provided great convenience. However, some improvements are needed in the room's layout.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Cusco with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are unique and spacious, with a cool glass-enclosed bathroom. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Carlos who made our stay unforgettable. The dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were just what we needed for a great vacation.

The dining experience, probably the best I've had in South America, was brought to our room and consisted of a delightful spread of local products. The facilities were top-notch, delivering an excellent overall stay.
